“Let us begin today’s bulletin with news on Johnny Depp. The controversial Hollywood star might make a return to the Fantastic Beasts franchise, actor Mads Mikkelsen has hinted. Mikkelsen replaced Depp in the series after the Pirates of the Caribbean star was accused of domestic violence by his ex-wife, Amber Heard.
Speaking about Depp’s possible comeback, Mikkelsen told ‘Deadline’ that now that the court has ruled in favour of Depp, the studio might consider taking him back. Mikkelsen said, “Obviously, well, now the course has changed — he won the suit, the court — so let’s see if he comes back. He might”.
Depp has already begun making a comeback. He was recently cast as King Louis XV in a new film.

“Meanwhile, we have some news on Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. The subjects of the 2016 lawsuit in which Plaintiff alleged physical abuse at the hands of her ‘then husband’ have been revealed to be Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. Jolie told an FBI agent several years ago that Pitt ‘physically and verbally assaulted’ her aboard a private plane, according to a report by Puck.
The couple separated in 2016, and have since been involved in numerous legal battles over their children and their property. According to the FBI agent’s notes, Jolie alleged that Pitt pull her to the back of the plane, grabbed her shoulders, and yelled aggressively.

“Moving on, Ezra Miller, known for playing The Flash in DC Extended Universe, has finally opened up about the erratic behaviour that has landed them in legal troubles. In an official statement to Variety, Miller has revealed that they have begun treatment for ‘complex mental health issues’.
Through their representative, Miller told the magazine, “ I now understand that I am suffering complex mental health issues and have begun ongoing treatment. I want to apologize to everyone who I have alarmed and upset with my past behavior.”
Ezra Miller, who identifies as non-binary and prefers they and them pronouns, has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons. The actor has been embroiled in several controversies. ”
“In other news, Apple TV+ has revealed the first look of its anticipated drama series Shantaram, headlined by Sons of Anarchy star Charlie Hunnam. Based on the internationally bestselling novel by Gregory David Roberts, the Apple Original series is co-created, written, and executive produced by Steve Lightfoot, who also serves as showrunner.
Shantaram is billed as a “hopeful cinematic love story” coupled with a thrilling epic adventure that follows “one man’s journey to redemption through a country that changes his life”. Bharat Nalluri directs and executive produces the series.
Shantaram will make its global debut with the first three episodes of its 12-episode first season on Friday, October 14.

“Meanwhile, actor Silvester Stallone never misses an opportunity to take up an action film as he believes the genre strikes a chord with different cultures through its universal themes.
Stallone is undoubtedly one of the tallest action heroes of Hollywood courtesy smash hit franchises like “Rambo” and “Rocky” to even modern-day Marvel and DC comics movies.

“In some tragic news, Wolfgang Petersen, the German filmmaker whose World War II submarine epic Das Boot propelled him into a blockbuster Hollywood career that included the films In the Line of Fire, Air Force One, and The Perfect Storm, has died. He was 81.
Petersen died Friday at his home in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood after a battle with pancreatic cancer, said, representative Michelle Bega.
Wolfgang Petersen, born in Emden, Germany, made two features before his 1982 breakthrough, Das Boot. Then the most expensive movie in German film history, the 149-minute Das Boot chronicled the intense claustrophobia of life aboard a doomed German U-boat during the Battle of the Atlantic, with Jürgen Prochnow as the submarine’s commander.

“Moving on, actor-filmmaker Bryce Dallas Howard has opened up about the pay disparity between her and Jurassic World co-star Chris Pratt.
Bryce said that she was paid far less than what was reported at the time, and even expressed her gratitude to Chris for standing by her in her fight against unequal pay.
Speaking to Insider, the actor said, “I was paid so much less than the reports even said, so much less. When I started negotiating for Jurassic World, it was 2014 and it was a different world, and I was at a great disadvantage. And, unfortunately, you have to sign up for three movies and so your deals are set.”

“Lastly, Marvel Cinematic Universe keeps expanding with new films and series every year. In 2022, we have already seen Doctor Strange’s Multiverse of Madness and Thor Love and Thunder, apart from their shows – Moon Knight, Ms Marvel, and She-Hulk: Attorney at Law. With a lot of Marvel content upcoming, Mark Ruffalo was asked if he worries about ‘Marvel-fatigue’, where the audience might get tired of MCU.
In an interview with Metro, Ruffalo said, “It’s not something I worry about. I understand that these things run their course and then something else comes along.” The Hulk actor also defended Marvel by saying that the studio allows creators to have the freedom to make content with their uniqueness.
